Orchard Moon Bungalow

Orchard Moon Bungalow is available to rent all year round. From September to April we are happy to let the property for a longer stay.

For 3, 6 or 9 months at a time. This is often for people who are moving to the area or moving house or simply taking time out to visit the beautiful Norfolk Countryside.

This is now proving more popular with the enquiries we are receiving as it is often difficult to get a month at a time anywhere.

NOW UNFURNISHED as we have had a short term let in the property.

Price:

lets starting from only 1 month (minmum). Subject to availability we can add extra weeks on at a cost of £250.00 per week

For a hassle free stay we will pay for all the utilities:

£925.00 pcm - Includes Water, gas, electricity and council tax (reasonable usage)

If you just want the property the price will be £725.00

We will require a deposit of £1000 plus the cost of any legal fees in the event of problems with eviction! hopefully not though, as we will not take reference for short term stays)

There is no landline to the bungalow.

We are happy to be flexible and can try and meet your requirements. Sorry no pets on a short term let, smoke free zone.
