Returns Information

All Orchard Moon items are made with great care and attention to detail. We aim for complete satisfaction from all our customers, however we understand there may be times you need to exchange or return an item.

UK/EU/USA exchanges & RETURNS

We are happy to offer free shipping for UK/EU/USA returns/exchanges. Please get in touch with our customer care team so we can send you a pre-paid shipping label. The package can be dropped off at a number of locations.

If you need to exchange your item, please contact us here within 28 days of receiving it, and subject to stock availability, a replacement will be sent to you once we have received and checked the original item. If we are unable to exchange, a credit note or refund will be offered.

If you have received an item and you need to return it for any reason, please contact us here within 28 days of receiving it and we will refund the order, once the item has been received and checked. 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We endeavour to process any refunds as quickly as possible but please note this may take up to 14 days depending on your location.

REST OF WORLD EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you need to exchange your item, please contact us here within 28 days of receiving it, and subject to stock availability, a replacement will be sent to you once we have received and checked the original item. If we are unable to exchange, a credit note or refund will be offered.

If you have received an item and you need to return it for any reason, please contact us here within 28 days of receiving it and we will refund the order value less any postage costs (if they were originally charged), once it has been received and checked. 

For locations outside of the UK/EU/USA, returns can be made through a reliable tracked courier service at cost to the customer. Please email us with the tracking number once it has been sent to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We endeavour to process any refunds as quickly as possible but please note this may take up to 14 days depending on your location.

Faulty items

Every single item is thoroughly checked before we send it, however if you have received an item you believe to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form here, with your order number and a photo of the fault. 

POLICY

All returned or exchanged items must be returned to us in their original new condition, unwashed, unworn and unmarked with all paper tags and labels still attached and intact, and in their original packaging. Garments should be folded neatly and wrapped in their original tissue paper inside their giftbox, which must also be in immaculate condition. Items should be repackaged in the same box they were received in. In the case where the original cardboard postal box has been recycled, a suitable alternative box should be used with adequate padding.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hair accessories.
