All Orchard Moon items are made with great care and attention to detail. We aim for complete satisfaction from all our customers, however we understand there may be times you need to exchange or return an item.
For all UK orders we offer free 28 day refund/exchanges

For all EU order we offer 28 day refund/exchanges, subject to our policy below.
The items should be sent back to us through a reliable tracked shipping service at cost to the customer.

If an exchange is requested we will ship the new item back to you at our cost.

POLICY
All returned or exchanged items must be returned to us in their original new condition, unwashed, unworn and unmarked with all paper tags and labels still attached and intact, and in their original packaging.
Garments should be folded neatly and wrapped in their original tissue paper inside their giftbox (if this was part of your order), which must also be in immaculate condition. Items should be repackaged in the same box they were received in. In the case where the original cardboard postal box has been recycled, a suitable alternative box should be used with adequate padding.
Any refunds will be made based on the order value less any postage costs (if they were originally charged), once the items have been received and checked.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We endeavour to process any refunds as quickly as possible but please note this may take up to 10 days depending on your location.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hair accessories or eye masks.
Faulty items
Every single item is thoroughly checked before we send it, however if you have received an item you believe to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form here, with your order number and a photo of the fault.
